Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Sends Cable of Condolences to President of Russia

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on the criminal explosion that took place in the Russian city of Petersburg metro.
In the cable, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said: "We received the news of the criminal explosion that took place in the Russian city of Petersburg metro which resulted in a number of victims and injuries. We strongly denounced and condemned this criminal act. On behalf of the Saudi government and people, we offered condolences to Your Excellency, the families of the victims and the Russian people, reiterating the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's firm stance in rejecting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. We stressed importance of the international efforts to address and eradicate terrorism."
