Deputy of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques chairs cabinet meeting

Saudi Arabia has condemned and denounced the heinous terrorist crime carried out by Israeli settlers in Douma village of Palestine city of Nablus.
Met at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Monday under the chairmanship of Deputy of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Naif, the Cabinet,reiterated the Kingdom’s condemnation and denunciation of the heinous crime that resulted in the death of a Palestinian toddler.
The Cabinet also condemned the Israeli occupation forces and Jewish extremists for storming and desecrating the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and for the closure of its doors and prevention of Muslims from entering it as well as their assault and violence against the worshipers inside the holy mosque.
The government appealed to the international community to fulfill its responsibilities and take all measures to protect the Palestinian people from the Israeli aggression.
The Cabinet praised the humanitarian truce announced by the coalition command to facilitate delivery and distribution of humanitarian and medical aid to the Yemeni people. It thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman for his directives to provide urgent assistance to the Yemeni people.
King Salman was also thanked for his wise directives and continuing efforts in the service of the Two Holy Mosques and pilgrims.
Social Affairs Minister -the acting Culture and Information Minister- Majed Al-Qassabi said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency following the session that the Cabinet was briefed on a number of reports on the latest developments at regional, Arab and international arenas.
The minister pointed out that the Cabinet commended the close, deep-rooted and distinguished relations linking the Kingdom and Egypt under the leadership of King Salman and President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
In this regard, the Cabinet was briefed on the results of  Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman visit to Egypt and meeting with the Egyptian president.
The Cabinet hailed the Cairo Declaration issued during the visit in which the two sides confirmed their keenness to enhance security and stability in the region by working together in protecting Arab national security.
