MOU has been signed by Public Security and Elm company to develop an e-Government
services portal and deployment of phase 1 of smart patrols for tracking down wanted
individuals. 15 patrol vehicles will be deployed in this phase. Following a three month
trial period, MOI will consider launching of the new service countrywide.
