Crown Prince chairs cabinet meeting

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz chaired cabinet meeting Monday afternoon in Jeddah.
At the outset of the meeting the cabinet expressed gratitude to the Custodian of The Two
Holy Mosques for the unique achievements and rapid growth all over the country. The
cabinet commended sponsorship of his majesty to the inauguration of King Abdullah Sports
City and the final cup match as an indicator of the attention he gives to young Saudi

The cabinet expressed pride on the armed forces level of readiness and technological
advancement. Crown prince attendance to the military parade entitled "Adbullah Sword"
indicates the attention given to the armed forces by the king and his crown prince.

Upon review of the communique issued by the meeting of Arab ministers of culture and
their Latin America counterparts, the cabinet expressed hope for strengthening of
cooperation between the two groups.

The cabinet reviewed the final statement of the meeting of Yemen friends and confirmed
its firm stance beside Yemen in order to overcome the challenges and risks that threaten
its security, unity and stability.
