The Transport General Authority (TGA) has announced the approval of the new identity for vehicles used in the activity of car transport and vehicle towing, which includes the unified color, signs and data required to be placed on vehicles operating in the activity of car transport and towing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the exception of “one year period” for those who have valid operating cards and before the date of the actual application of the new identity, which will start on the 26th of next November of this year 2022.
TGA indicated that the approval of the new identity for vehicles operating in the activity of car transport and vehicle towing comes with the aim of developing services provided to beneficiaries and enhancing safety requirements during transport operations. The new identity will increase the regulation and governance of the activity and combat the commercial concealment in this activity, in a manner that ensures the improvement of the quality and efficiency of these services.
