The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Directs to Enable Citizens Abroad to Return Home

Riyadh, SPA:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the launch of an e-service for Saudi citizens wishing to return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This service comes in implementation of the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and emanates from the leadership's keenness on the safety and health of Saudi citizens abroad in light of the Coronavirus pandemic outbreak.
The Ministry said that all requests will processed electronically and travel dates will be set according to the approved plan. The Ministry also said that the citizens wishing to return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia can use this e-service starting from today for five days, adding that the priority will be for Saudi citizens in countries mostly affected by the Coronavirus, the elderly and pregnant women.
The Ministry pointed out that the returning citizens will be subject to quarantine for 14 days.
