There are 6364 operational factories in Saudi Arabia by the end of 1434 according to a
recent report from Ministry of Commerce & Industry.  Riyadh region comes at the top with
2817 factories followed by Eastern Region with 1492 factories. The total count of manpower in these factories is 828.051 workers. 

Factories of non-metallic minerals come at the top with 1264 factories followed by
fabricated metals with 881 factories, then rubber and plastics with 792 factories.
