A number of laser physicists from scientific bodies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad, led by King Saud University (KSU), designed a research project to conduct a scientific study on "proof of concept" in the early detection of breast cancer.
King Saud University has initiated a large-scale validation trial in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, France and one of the countries with an internationally recognized breast cancer screening program, in cooperation with the Jean Perrin Comprehensive Cancer Center in Auvergne and the hospitals of University of Paris and Sorbonne University in France.
