Riyadh, SPA:
Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) has redesigned the support programs targeting clients and beneficiaries from its programs and initiatives to become 8 programs, including: training support program, training program while working, e-training, vocational guidance, functional alignment, income support, empowerment, and jobseekers assistance, which all fall under three main aspects of guidance, training and empowerment.
This plan is part of the new Human Resources Development Fund strategy approved by the Board of Directors of the National Development Fund, which is based on 3 key objectives: supporting the development of human resources to match the needs of the labor market, increasing the efficiency of matching supply and demand of jobs, and enabling the sustainable employment of groups facing challenges to enter or remain in the labor market.
The fund's new strategy supports the alignment of disciplines, market needs and changes; bridging the gap in the skills and productivity of the national workforce; and raising the efficiency and contribution of national personnel to work in private sector enterprises.
The new strategy contributes to enhancing and developing the relationship and partnership with the private sector as a key aspect to promote development and achieve sustainability through cooperation in various areas that serve the labor market and contribute to its growth and prosperity, where stakeholders at the fund have been keen to build the strategy, programs and services through constant communication with representatives of the private sector.
The fund provides several initiatives and programs to support the training, employment and empowerment of citizens and to support enterprises in all economic activities, sectors and jobs.
HADAF is keen to continuously develop and improve these programs and increase the number of beneficiaries, so as to enable Saudis to develop their abilities and skills.
