Crown Prince chairs cabinet meeting

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz chaired the cabinet meeting held Monday afternoon in
Jeddah. The cabinet reviewed reports of recent developments in the region and the world
including international endeavors to deter the Syrian regime commit more anti-humanity
crimes against the Syrian people. The cabinet renewed Saudi Arabia stance on this crisis
at its appeal to the international community to assume its responsibility towards saving
the Syrian peoples. The cabinet stressed that one of the main reasons of instability in
the Middle East is the continued Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories and
rejection by the Israeli authorities of all international initiatives and resolutions and
its insistence to aggravate the situation by taking several inhumane actions against the
Palestinian people. It condemned Israeli aggression against worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque
and the continuous raids against  Al-Aqsa Holy Mosque.
