The Economic and Development Affairs Council held a meeting, at Al-Yamamah Palace, here last night.
During the meeting, a host of relevant issues were discussed, including a report presented by the Strategic Management Office, at the council, in regard of the 4th periodical annual report on the programs related to realizing the Kingdom Vision 2030 programs.
Among those topics reviewed were the performance on the level of macroeconomics indicators, imitative indicators relevant to the vision's programs, too.
For its part, the Ministry of Economy and Planning presentation shed light on the outstanding developments, in the world economy, in collaboration with the Chief Economist, at Société Générale Banque.
It contained short and long terms expectations on the main economies and the paramount opportunities and challenges to face.
The council took note of these issues and made appropriate recommendations, in their regard.
