Crown Prince patronizes handicapped research center celebration

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and the Supreme President of the Association of Founders of Prince Salman Center for Disability Research (PSCDR) patronized the celebrations marking the center's 20 years anniversary and the 8th meeting of its founders which were held at King Fahd Cultural Center here Saturday evening.

In his speech, Prince Salman commended the support enjoyed by charity programs from the Saudi Leadership.

In his speech on behalf of the founders, the President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology Dr. Mohammed Al-Suwaiyel reviewed KACST contribution to welfare of the handicapped community including software, hardware and  research.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the following donations were made: SR 5 million from Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, 1 million from Khaled  Ibrahim, 1 million from Ibrahim Abdul Aziz Foundation, 2 million from Al-Jomaih Foundation, 1 million from Abdul Aziz Baglaf, 1 million from Zafir Baglaf Holding Co., 2 million from Bin Laden Group and SR 300,000 from Hamad bin Saedan.
