Riyadh, SPA:
Upon directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to help needy Syrians, Riyadh-based King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works launched an urgent relief campaign to help needy people in the war-ravaged city of Khan Shekhoun in Syria.
Dr. Sami Al-Jutaili, acting official spokesman of the center, said that a convoy of trucks laden with foodstuffs has left last night heading for Turkish Bab Al-Hawa border post, an exit to the southern rural areas of Edlib where the city of Khan Shekhoun is located.
He added that more than 5200 families will be benefiting from the current supplies.
