Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al-Ruwais is to lead the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) delegation to the 2-day meetings of the International Telecommunications Union Council, set to start on Monday, in Geneva.
The meetings are the first for member states that have been elected, during the Conference of Plenipotentiary-representatives, in the latest 2018.
