The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received today a phone call from President of the Republic of Sudan Omar Hassan Al-Bashir during which he expressed his thanks and appreciation for the King's support, the efforts of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its active role in the decision of the American administration to lift economic sanctions being imposed on Sudan.

The King expressed his congratulations to the Sudanese President on lifting the sanctions, wishing that this decision contributes to the development and stability of the sisterly Republic of Sudan.
