 The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired at Al-Yamamah Palace here yesterday the 46th meeting of the Board of Directors of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives.

 At the outset of the meeting, the King commended the Foundation's role in documenting the history of the Arabian Peninsula and interest in its various sources within its efforts in the service of the national history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its programs and projects implemented in this aspect, and its efforts to promote cooperation and agreements with similar centers in the Kingdom and abroad.

 The Board discussed topics on its agenda and issued a number of decisions related to the work of King Abdulaziz Foundation including the approval of holding the scientific symposium on the Arabian Peninsula and classical sources within its interest in documenting the ancient history of the Arabian Peninsula and its sources, as well as the approval of the list of Advisory Commission of King Abdulaziz Foundation and its members .

 The Board also approved the final accounts for the fiscal years 1435 H / 1436 H and 1436 H / 1437 H, and the account of the Foundation's fund for the year 1437 AH / 2015 AD.
