 The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to the Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya and Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord Fayez Mustafa Al-Sarraj on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.

In his cable, the King wished the Libyan Chairman permanent good health and his people steady progress and prosperity.
