Saudi Ambassador to Malaysia Mahmoud Hussein Qattan has said that the intellectual output is a communication channel with different cultures and a message being exchanged by peoples on local cultural scenes, describing books as windows of knowledge, culture and literature.
During attending the opening ceremony of 37th Malaysia International Book Fair being held in Kuala Lumpur, Ambassador Qattan expressed his appreciation for the hospitality provided to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Cultural Attaché Mission, and the Saudi Delegation participating in the Book Fair, wishing everyone to enjoy the cultural atmosphere through books and the accompanying cultural festivities.
Ambassador Qattan also thanked the Malaysian Government and the organizers of the Fair for choosing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a guest of honor at Malaysia International Book Fair.
