Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad issued a decision yesterday, appointing Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Maghlouth as Director General of the Governmental Communication Center and Official Spokesman for the Ministry.
Dr. Al-Awwad said, "The establishment of the governmental communication center comes within the strategy of the Ministry of Culture and Information which seeks to raise the efficiency of media organs in government agencies to keep up with the transformation that the Kingdom is experiencing."
