On the occasion of the inauguration by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of a number of development projects in the Riyadh region, he ordered the release of all insolvent prisoners of the citizens of the region in rights law cases and not criminal cases whose debts do not exceed one million riyals and their insolvency is proved legally.
The king also ordered the payment of their debts.
