The e-Government Program “Yesser” launched the 3rd cycle of the e-Government Achievement
Award 2014. Yesser invited government agencies , semi-government  agencies and
individuals to participate in the competition and nominate their respective achievements
for the contest.
The award is a tool that identifies distinguished accomplishments of government, semi-
government agencies and individuals during last year. It encourages, motivates and
rewards candidates  for offering better and easier services to individuals and
businesses while transferring from traditional to e-environment by adopting enhanced
business process in the government agencies and   ensure close cooperation and
integration with government agencies.
The award is designed to achieve several objectives that collectively contribute meeting
the ultimate goal of transformation to e-services in compliance with instructions from  
King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz.
Better and easier services should not compromise  quality as the most important service
requirement.
