At Jeddah Economic Forum held yesterday, Chairman of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce said
unemployment problem suffered by the Saudi society is a qualitative rather a
quantitative one, signaling inherent culture that induce Saudi candidates decline
He unveiled 600,000 jobs in the retail business where a lot of expatriates are working.
He said although GCC leaders are seriously tackling the unemployment issue, however, it
will be aggravated during the next decade by advent of more than 15 million to the labor
market in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and Egypt.
