WHO corona virus emergency panel issued a statement to the effect that corona virus is not pandemic. The statement came following the panel's six meeting for evaluation of the virus developments. In spite of the serious impact of corona virus on the public health, members of the panel have unanimously decided that the disease does not represent a pandemic considering the drop of new infection rate and no evidence of transmission of the virus between humans. The panel recommends  research shall be pursued for better understanding of protection means and elimination of infection. It appealed to the world countries to observe infection precautions and disseminate awareness among health care practitioners.
