King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue (KACND) is currently working in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on an international project to develop its local indicators for adoption as international indicators, in line with internationally accepted standards, and recommended in the report of the United Nations Social Indicators Program.
The Center pointed out that during the past two weeks, it held several meetings with specialists in the United Nations Development Program in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Center, Dr. Abdullah Al-Fawzan, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Center Ibrahim bin Zayed Al-Asiri, and specialists in the centers to develop the National Cohesion Index to be approved by the end of this year as the first output of this project.
The Center aims for the project to be complied with internationally recognized standards recommended in the report of the United Nations Social Indicators Program for the Social Cohesion Index in the Arab Region.
