King Abdullah chairs cabinet meeting

The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud chaired the Cabinet meeting yesterday in Jeddah. The cabinet reviewed latest developments in the region and the relevant international discussions and communications, particularly the extensive violations of human rights and massacre in Syria. The cabinet confirmed the stable stance of Saudi Arabia towards
the events.
The cabinet appealed to the Islamic nation to stand against armament and logistic support to the Syrian regime that lost its legitimacy.
King Abdullah confirmed his keen interest to preserve the  security of the country and Saudi people and ensure development of all sectors and enhancement of the quality of life to cope with contemporary challenges. He warned against interference by some
countries in internal issues of other countries.
While commending  resolutions of the Human Rights Council  in its 23rd session in Geneva, the cabinet expressed appreciation of the council's efforts conductive to boosting of international cooperation in the area of human rights .
