In the  recent e-Government Achievement Award ceremony organized by Yesser, Ministry of Commerce & Industry reaped the award for the best service provider to members of the community. Consumer Call Center (1900) - an around the clock service - receives approximately 2200 consumer reports per day on trading violations while the Business Call Center receives approximately 1800 inquiries.
All reports and inquiries are responded to within 9 seconds at 97% closing rate and 86% customer satisfaction.
