Pursuant to royal instructions, Real Estate Development Fund exempted 1617 deceased borrowers of loan repayment. The total exempted loans amounted to SR 270 million. The fund completed redemption arrangements of the deceased borrowers' mortgaged properties. Heirs may visit the notary public to get their inherited properties released.
