Ministry of Higher Education's Deputy Minister inaugurated  developing of the Ministry's e-services strategic plan. The plan  will be developed to ensure an integrated safe infrastructure will be used for the benefit of the Ministry and other users. The Ministry plans to improve the services it offers to the higher education sector and ensure a systematic transformation into e-services.  Consistent to the e-Government Program (YESSER), the Ministry's objectives will be realized through a mechanism that will be established for implementing the strategic plan.
