Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard arrived in Washington, DC, last night starting an official several-day visit to the United States of America in response to an invitation from United States Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel.

The Prince was received upon his arrival at Andrews Air Base by Saudi Ambassador to the United States of America Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, attaches and directors of Saudi offices in Washington, and members of the Saudi embassy.

He was also received by a representative from the US Department of Defense, and a number of the Department's senior commanders.

During the visit, the Minister of National Guard will discuss aspects of relations between the two friendly countries in all fields and ways of enhancing them.
