The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud graced here yesterday at Hajr Palace a reception party held by people of Al-Ahsa province.
Upon arrival, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was received by Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region; Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior and Prince Bader bin Mohammed bin Jalawi, Governor of Al-Ahsa Province.
The Saudi national anthem was played.
A speech party was held on this occasion.
At the outset of the reception, verses of the Holy Quran were recited.
Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud delivered a speech on this occasion.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said that he is pleased to be among the people of Al-Ahsa Provinces and thanked all for their noble feelings.
King Salman pointed out that this country has been established on solid foundations and genuine constants, with the Allah's Holy Book and the Sunnah.
"Our state is honored to serve the Two Holy Mosques. It has been keenness since its establishment to perform and implement its duties and responsibilities towards the pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors to perform their rituals in ease and comfort," the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said.
The monarch stressed that the Kingdom is witnessed a social and economic renaissance due to social ambitious development plans.
"The Kingdom Vision 2030 aims at restructuring the country's economy, raising the performance of its institutions, diversifying sources of income and raising the productivity of the community," the King said.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques confirmed importance of the security, pointing out the importance of concerted efforts to preserve this blessing as well as trust in the capabilities of the Saudi citizen to build the nation.
"Every citizen and every part in our country is of my interest and care," the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques concluded.
Then, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Region, delivered a speech on this occasion.
Then, people of Al-Ahsa province shook hands with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
Subsequently, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques attended a luncheon held in his honor.
The reception was attended by Prince Khaled bin Fahd bin Khaled; Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Prince Mansour bin Saud bin Abdulaziz; Prince Talal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz; Prince Khaled bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Dr. Mansour bin Meteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the State, Member of the Cabinet and Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Meteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; and a number of princes, ministers, senior civil and military officials and a group of citizens.
