Starting Saturday up to Monday earth rousing wind will prevail, Meteorology Department declared. Low visibility and lower temperature are expected in Tabuk, Jouf and Northern Borders. On Sunday Hayel, Qassim, Riyadh and Eastern Region will be affected followed by southern region. Affected parts also include the area between Makka and Madina, particularily the highways in the area.
