HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, patronized the inauguration of SABIC in the final design of its new headquarters in Houston, which runs its operations in the Americas region. Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United States of America and members of the official delegation of His Highness the Crown Prince, and HE US Energy Secretary Rick Perry. Upon arrival at the event, His Highness the Crown Prince toured the accompanying exhibition which included SABIC in America, strategic sectors, engines, cars, medical devices, additive industries, growth in the Gulf Coast and the home of innovation. His Highness the Crown Prince gave the laser presentation through the robot. The new headquarters of the world's leading diversified chemicals company, in response to the growth of its operations in the United States, is expanding its operations in the region by increasing its manufacturing operations by 20 per cent between 2013 and 2017. It includes the proposed headquarters, The construction will take three to four years, a center for innovation, administrative offices and can accommodate about 1,000 employees.
