Crown Prince chairs cabinet meeting

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, chaired the Cabinet's session at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Monday afternoon.

At the outset of the session, the Cabinet expressed its great appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud International Foundation  for its pioneering  charity and humanitarian activities, including the Foundation's  kidney patients care project inaugurated last Wednesday by Second Deputy Premier on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Crown Prince briefed the Cabinet on the meeting held with Libyan Prime Minister Dr. Ali Zaidan, commending the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries and their peoples.

The Cabinet commended the 7th Competitiveness Global Forum in Riyadh entitled "Building competitive partnerships" and the accompanying exhibition entitled 'Invest in Saudi Arabia'.

The Cabinet discussed issues and reports on the latest  regional and international developments.

The Cabinet approved recommendations of an ad hoc committee on mandatory insurance coverage for all factories and residential facilities.
