The Ministry of Justice has said, in a statement, that as many as 16,753 service requests were notarized by female legal validators in 2020, an increase of 1043% compared to service requests notarized the year before.
The Ministry of Justice attributed this to the empowerment of women in various sectors of the Ministry which resulted in an increase in number of female legal validators to 120.
The service requests notarized by the female legal validators include issuing and annulling Powers of Attorney, notarizing companies' incorporation contracts, emptying real estate, declaring and paying off debts, and real estate mortgages.
