A royal decree was issued yesterday to compensate non-founder shareholders  of the Saudi Integrated Telecommunications Co. at SR 30 per share which is SR 5 higher than the closing price. Ministry of Finance will replace non-founder shareholders in their liquidated equity following compensation.
