The World Skills Competition is held today in Kazan, Russia, with the participation of Saudi students and experts and from 75 countries around the world, where they will showcase their creative skills in aircraft maintenance and welding skills. The Competition will continue for five days.
Dr. Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri, CEO of Colleges of Excellence, the supervising authority of international technical colleges and strategic partnership institutes in the Kingdom, said that this international competition is held every two years between participating countries, in which participants compete for 56 skills in industrial and service professions with the highest international standards to market technical and vocational training and to educate community members about the impact that training can have on the public and personal level.
