Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques receives President of Afghanistan

Riyadh, SPA:

 The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received here yesterday President Mohammed Ashraf Ghani, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

 At the outset of the meeting, the monarch welcomed the president in the Kingdom. For his part, the president expressed happiness to meet with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, thanking him for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him and the accompanying delegation.

 During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

 The meeting was attended by Prince Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard; Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance; and the official delegation accompanying the Afghani president.
