Crown Prince chairs cabinet meeting

Jeddah - SPA

Crown Prince Salman chaired the cabinet meeting held Monday evening in Jeddah. The
cabinet lauded the speech of King Abdullah  and his crown prince addressed to the nation
in the advent of holy Ramadan. The speech asserted that the values of Islam are love,
tolerance, dialogue, peace rather than evasion, defeatism and difference. The speech
stated that Saudi Arabia will not allow extremists, frivolous and aspirants to abuse
Islam for ulterior motives.
While commending the expansion of the two holy mosques, the cabinet praised instructions
from the Custodian of the Two Holy mosques to open the ground, first  and
mezzanine floors for worshippers.
The cabinet re-affirmed its appeal to the international community to put an end to all
types of annihilation and starving of the Syrian people. The cabinet discussed the
suffering, the serious health conditions and extremely cruel treatment of Palestinian
captives in the Israeli prisons.
