The Saudi Power Efficiency Center launched a power saving card. The new card saves 30%
of the air-conditioning power. Air-conditioning units consume more than 65% of the  
building sector power consumption. The card provides power efficiency of each unit.
Efficiency of A/C units are rated by stars. More stars, indicate more efficiency.
