Qiyadat Global - Georgetown Program called on women leaders in the world to register in the 6th course for this year that will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022, in Riyadh and will last for four days.
Founder and Supervisor General of Qiyadat Global - Georgetown Program Nouf Al-Rakan said that the course targets women leaders in the world and will address the aspect of enhancing personal leadership, improving leadership skills in decision making, leading the organizational change, and leading performance, which will be delivered by several experts of education and training in the world.

She noted that the program aims at developing leadership skills and is implemented in cooperation between the Qiyadat Global in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Georgetown University in the US, in a bid to meet the increasing demand on organizations to develop leadership skills for women employees and develop leadership skills for women leaders.
She also said that the program provides women leaders with an intensified educational program focusing on strategic leadership skills that can support them in administration in an effective way and overcoming challenges that face women leaders.
Al-Rakan said that the program is dedicated for women who showed high potential in middle administration in commercial, government or non-for-profit businesses and are willing to change their talents through gaining knowledge and acquire tools necessary to prepare themselves for roles in the higher leadership.
