Minister of Housing announced that a property leasing system will be launched at the
beginning of the next Gregorian year. Ministry of Housing is developing 80 new housing
sites in all regions of Saudi Arabia at 106,534,059 m2 total area. Housing is a
government priority. It is demonstrated in the generous support in order to provide
diversified housing products for citizens. The ministry studied all world housing
experiments in order to establish a national housing strategy.
