The Real Estate Development Fund has won the award for the best government call center for the category of government support services for the year 2022 at the level of the Middle East, granted by the INSIGHTS organization in Dubai, UAE, as part of its annual competition for the call center awards.
This is the fourth International award for the best call center in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, and the second in a row for the same award. The Fund won this award last year 2021. This successive win reinforces the Fund’s success in serving the beneficiaries, by harnessing the call center system with global capabilities and qualified Saudi cadres.
CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund, Mansour bin Madi, expressed his pride in the award, which reflects the constant development in the call center, explaining that this achievement comes as an extension of the fund's previous global achievements to serve the beneficiaries and an affirmation of the strategic methodology of the Fund in providing its services with ease.
