Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) has received the basic certificate of Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE) issued by the global company SAP, which is specialized in systems, applications and products related to processing data and resource planning management, which is among the biggest programming companies in the world.
SIDF’s success in receiving this certificate followed a SAP’s inspection after which the fund scored a high score in controlling daily support and maintenance activities, in addition to the employability of the infrastructure, where SIDF is considered the first government institution to receive this certificate.
SIDF’s receiving of this certificate highlights the fund’s endeavors to develop its services and support processes that will, in return, contribute to increasing the technical and operation efficiency, which will improve the quality of operations and system, in addition to increasing the level of knowledge and capabilities of development and innovation.
