Osama bin Ahmed Naqli, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Egypt and his country's Permanent Representative to the Arab League, stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has relied on the principle of preserving sovereignty and stability of States in dealing with Arab issues, in the light of their national unity and regional safety.
This applies to our endeavor to get an independent Palestinian state established on the 1967 parallel with East Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as its capital, in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy and the Arab peace initiative.
This came during his speech at the Meeting of Permanent Representatives and Senior Officials to prepare for the Preparatory Meeting of Arab Foreign Ministers of the 30th Arab Summit to be held in Tunisia, where Ambassador Naqli expressed his appreciation of the Secretary General of the Arab League, the Permanent Representatives and all members of General Secretariat of the Arab League for their fruitful cooperation with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during its presidency of the "Arab Al-Quds Summit".
