Crown Prince chairs cabinet meeting

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul-Aziz chaired the cabinet meeting this afternoon in Riyadh.
Crown Prince praised Allah for the successful Hajj. He also praised government agencies
that contributed to the success of Hajj. He thanked Muslim countries, citizens and
expatriates for compliance with reduction of Hajj quota for each country due to the
construction activities in the two Holy Mosques. The cabinet congratulated the Custodian
of The Two Holy Mosques, Crown Prince and the second deputy premier for the successful
Hajj. The cabinet praised the speech of King Abdullah and his call for tolerance.
The cabinet reviewed reports on regional and international issues including the
Palestinian occupied territories and Syria. The cabinet stressed the need to reform the
UN security council in order to assume its responsibilities towards maintaining the
world peace and security.
