Crown prince chairs cabinet meeting

The cabinet held its weekly meeting today under chairmanship of Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz. The cabinet lauded the generous support of The Custodian of The Two Holy  Mosques to services provided by various sectors. He has instructed to allocate more than SR 15 billion for 22 health projects. Moreover, a 500-bed hospital has been inaugurated yesterday in Riyadh. A foundation stone has been laid for a 650-bed hospital in Jeddah. King Saud University for health science has been inaugurated. The cabinet commended Saudi Arabia stance at the UN Security Council open discussion on the situation in the Middle East. KSA demanded protection of Palestinian prisoners and asked for revealing the corporeal and incorporeal violations by Israeli authorities. KSA speech talked about the worsening humanitarian conditions in Syria with more than 3 million refugees and more than 70 thousand killed. The meeting reviewed the results of the conference on Afghanistan and renewed its stance of supporting international and regional effort to prevent violence and terrorism. The cabinet condemned blasting of the French embassy in Libya.
