The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology organized a workshop titled “Developing the Saudi Personnel of the Communications and Information Technology Sector.”
With the presence of representatives of the private sector companies that have a high rate in recruiting and sourcing the talent and competence of Saudis, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is promoting the joint cooperation with the private sector to look for ways for developing and upgrading the digital skills of the national personnel. Therefore, to ensure the success of the digital initiatives that the Ministry is preparing to launch next year.
The workshop discussed the innovative solutions that would contribute in the implementation of the best practices of digital skills development by the private sector workers in the technology field.
Dr.Muhhamed Hamuod Almushygah, Under-Secretary of Planning and development, highlighted that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is keen to strengthen the cooperation with the private sector to develop the skills of the national personnel in order to be involve in the contribution of the Saudi digital development, to accelerate the efforts of digital transformation and to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development for the national economy according to the vision of the Kingdom 2030.
