The General Entertainment Authority is preparing to announce the 2018 calendar on Thursday, February 22, 2018. It includes more than 5000 various events, such as artistic, cultural, musical, educational and entertainment events, as well as different festivals for families, youth and children.
The Authority is one of the supporting agencies for Quality of Life program. It aims to set goals and strategies that contribute in building and developing the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia by diversifying investment opportunities, and creating sustainable sector. Moreover, it contributes in achieving the Kingdom vision 2030 by the great economic role that the entertainment sector plays and its positive impacts on income diversification and development of the gross domestic product on annual basis.
