Riyadh, SPA :
Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Toraifi signed with the Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Annageldi Garajayew an executive program for cultural cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Turkmenistan.
The signing took place at the ministry's headquarters here on Sunday.
