Dr. Alarabi bin Mahidi Alamem , Director of the General Department of Agriculture Affairs, inaugurated yesterday the accompanying exhibition of the 41st  Tree Week events that took place at Almakan Mall in Tabuk. The theme of the Tree Week is "Planting Together for a Green Kingdom Surface.” Dr.Alamem took a tour in the exhibition, which will last for three-day. He visited the pavilions and reviewed their activities that highlighted the importance and benefits of trees in human life.
 Dr. Alamem emphasized, in a statement to Saudi Press Agency, that these activities come within the framework of the initiative of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture to plant ten million trees by 2020, pointing out that the tree week confirmed the interest of the ministry to increase afforestation, combat desertification, and to reduce wood harvesting. He expressed his appreciation to the government and private sector actors who participated in this events.
